Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Package

  Place the unopened item securely in its original packaging along with the return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
